Provides lending opportunities for small business owners who may not qualify for conventional bank financing due to developmental stage of business.  Must credit qualify and meet program eligibility requirements. Specialized lending program for contractors, mobilization funding and accounts receivable assistance.  Loan packaging service and financial literacy/credit counseling services available to loan recipients.

What to bring for on-site application:

1. Photocopy of proof of existing active business entity, and Federal Tax I.D.

2. Clear copy of Driver's License, or State I.D.

3. Photocopy of other form of I.D. with applicants address(ex. insurance card, credit card)

4. Verification of principal's home address: copy of a recent bank statement.

5. If owners are not US Citizen, bring photocopy of permanent residence card, front and back.

6. Business checkbook. If business checks do not have pre-printed business name, supply a letter on the borrower's bank letterhead that includes: business name, account number, and routing number.

7. All principals of the business with 20% or more of interest in the business must be present and provide required identifications as well as home verification.
