Our Mission is to support the economic vitality of our community by supporting entrepreneurship and developing resources (programs, services, and partnerships) promoting access and inclusiveness. We identify and respond to the needs of businesses which are either minority, woman-owned, small, or disadvantaged enterprises including, but not limited to, those located in low income communities.

We are committed to forging strong partnerships and rendering quality services to achieve economic parity for entrepreneurs in our community.
